Skills for Justice, a not-for-profit organisation committed to the development of an improved and sustainable Justice and Community Safety sector workforce across the UK. The organisation was established in 2004 as the Sector Skills Council for the Justice and Community Safety sector.

From developing tools and services, to helping create and inform on policy and standards, focusing on supporting employers in delivering workforce related provision.

The products and service offering is based upon the core mission of developing a more skilled, productive and flexible workforce. Helping to promote better jobs, careers and sustainable employment by developing appropriate employer led qualifications and raising standards in skills and training to help you to maximise quality, productivity and sustainability.

Skills for Justice merged with Skills for Health in September 2015 and together they work to create a more integrated, sustainable and efficient workforce across the public sectors.
